Feedback issue

I sold a top at discounted price due to stain which i mentioned and took pics.. I refunded the lady and she left neg.feedback.. I asked her to revise please and she got mad. Now she's changing her positive feedbacks to negative..I msgd Ebay

 She said she would leave bad comments on all she ever bought from me.. I've never had issues like this before. Ebay has not answered of course

The 1 negative feedback she left you should stand .... but because of her changing all her other positives to a negative, i think ebay will end up removing all of them. 

Keep trying to contact customer service.

Just some advice. Stop selling items with stains and holes to avoid negative feedbacks. Only list the good stuff. Also refunds do not make a person happy so even though you refund it does not always mean a positive experience.

What do you mean she is changing her positive feedback to negative? If she has already left positives, they can't be changed.
