Feedback is a joke. I had 100% for over 20 years. Started selling hatching eggs a few years ago. Had a few buyers leave unwarranted negative feedback. So, new season and  people are leaving me some great positive feedback. Unfortunately, my score declines even more with every positive I'm given. It's futile.

Your feedback replies can deter more buyers than the feedback received. When you get defensive and insult the buyer, it looks very unprofessional.

Your score is declining because sales made over 12 months ago no longer count.

Your score can not decline with added positives, it just looks that way, because it is actually declining with dropped positives, your oldest ones, as they turn over one year old.  
So say today your score includes several positives left 364 days ago.  Then tomorrow (or maybe the next day) those several will no longer be considered in figuring an average out of all your feedbacks in the past year.  This can very easily happen if you were doing more business last year than this one.

Your feedback responses are doing you no favors. If I was a prospective buyer & saw those, I would look elsewhere
