The new feedback display is a huge step backwards. We can no longer see, from this page, how old a shipment is nor can we see the tracking or estimated delivery time. Also, all the pre-saved phrases are no longer accessible. My custom has always been to leave feedback immediately on anything on which I have received feedback (this being a delivery confirmation) and then wait about a month on anything for which there has been no feedback or confirmation before leaving feedback, the theory being that if I haven't heard a complaint in a month, they must have received it. This is no longer possible. Feedback is pure guesswork. We need to go back to the old design as soon as possible, or at least to regain all the lost features.
