I would like to know that is my profile's feedback visible to everyone or not?

I couldn't get a better idea because it is gray color button.

Grey button because as the message says "you have active listings" so you cannot change the comment visibility.

It's grayed-out because sellers are not allowed to hide their feedback when they have active listings. The term that is used most often is "private feedback."

Any time you want to see your profile or listings as others see them, just log out.
