Lol. so ebay assumes the buyer tried putting the book into their PS2 console and pressed the power button? Then still didn't realize it's a book and wrote the negative feedback saying it doesn't load properly (still calling it a game)?
Sounds like a stupid ebay bot response. Contact ebay on facebook and they should remove the feedback for you easy peasy.
UPDATE: I actually just saw the feedback you are talking about. Was it left over 30 days ago? If it was, nothing you can do can remove that feedback now as ebay only allows you to request feedback removals within 30 days of receiving it.

CS on Facebook no longer has the authority to remove feedback.

It’s too late to send the buyer a feedback revision request as that has to be sent within 30 days of the feedback being left.
Now the buyer might have left you a negative meant for another seller, calling them stupid in your reply would not have been a great incentive for them to revise their feedback even if there had still been time.
