Is there a glitch in the Ebay system which is not allowing me to leave feedback for my buyers? I have not been able to leave feedback all day today, July 18, 2021.
I as a buyer cannot leave feedback to sellers (May 2022). After klicking on Leave Feedback I am taken to a sign in screen. Then I am dumped out of eBay. ??? Is feedback now gone by the wayside? Why has not eBay told all users there is a glitch with feedback? This is my second attempt to find out what is going on with feedback. Is there any other way to contact eBay and get help? eBay seems to be very well insulated from it's users.
Try another browser or a private or incognito browser window. If that works better, try clearing just your eBay cookies in the original browser.
Not all users are having the same problems, but some apparently are.
For general questions you can try asking on the discussion boards. Experienced users can offer suggestions.
Or you can use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page to request a call back from eBay. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in North America.
