We have for the first time received two poor feed back items.
The first was neutral and it was left by a buyer who on his way to collect from us misread his Sat Nav and took a wrong turn. He then on reversing out of the turn caused his trailer to collide with his car.
I asked E bay to remove this feed back and I was told they would not do this as the buyer has a poor buying experience.
The second was today and it was negative feed back.
In this case the buyer was again collecting the item and had pressed buy on the system. He then asked me to lower the selling price by the value of the selling fees and sell the item off the E bay system for cash which I refused to do. He then made a request to cancel the sale to which we agreed. He then went on to leave negative feed back.
I have again asked E bay to remove that feed back but again they have refused.
If I had done as the buyer requested he would have left positive feed back and my site would have looked better but E bay would not have been paid.
Please comment as I must be missing something about e bay.

It would help if I could see your feedback today: A glitch is occurring that prevent such...
As for getting feedback removed: it has become difficult with blatant violations of policy,

The first case is ridiculous. Really, negative FB for you because they screwed up on their GPS and need driving education? I think eBay doesn't want to engage in this type case because it's too time consuming.
The second case is more serious. If the buyer tried to move the purchase off of eBay that's a violation. I assume you have those messages.
You should go to the eBay for business Facebook and page and direct message eBay support and provide the proof you have. Some people report the CS reps their have a bit more sway.

I've had the same problem with clicking on Feedback Score to reach a member's profile for almost a week now.
@eburtonlab gave me this link to use in the meantime:
https://www.ebay.com/fdbk/feedback_profile/Username
Just replace Username with the OP's name.

You can also go to view listings and then click on the feedback from one of the listings. The link seems to be working from within a listing.
