So how does me having to cancel orders on ebay make for a "better buyer experience"? Labels wont print, cant re-print. Web browsers make no difference. Customer service of no help and completely useless. Glitch after glitch and they are going to be "taking over payments". Yeah, that will fly.

Don't cancel the order. I've experienced this in the past. When the FedEx print fails and throws an error on reprint, you have to go to the Shipping Labels screen and select "Print Another Label" from the drop down under More Actions. It will tell you that you've already printed a label, but ignore that and create a new one. That will usually resolve the issue.
The nice thing about FedEx is that you dont have to void the label. You don't get charged unless the label is scanned by the FedEx system, so the label that didnt' print won't cost you anything.

I have already done that. Now I have two labels for the same item that wont print (or re-print).

Sorry, I'm out of ideas, other than to logout, flush the cache and history and log back in and try again.
You can also print the labels from Paypal, or open a free FedEx account and do the same. Linking a FedEx account to your eBay account affords you eBay pricing via FedEx. The big benefit is YOU are now the shipper of record and FedEx will actually help you directly instead of having to deal with eBay CS in the middle.

Thank you both for the replies. I did finally get a label to print, just had to keep creating new labels until one went through. It is frustrating to have all my packages ready to ship except for the ones sold on ebay.
I had this same problem on Friday also. Just another glitch that seems to apply to ebay only.
