Ebay is allowing too many blatant false descriptions in the listings. Example: Search " Gear Wrench". Sellers use phrases so their listing shows up even though what they're selling has nothing in common with Gear Wrench.

Shipping locations are also being falsely described.  Location will be "ships from the USA". Seller orders product from China then after  they receive it they ship it from their  location. Or how about sellers simply ordering from Amazon when they list the item as their own. Cmon Ebay. Instill  the honesty back into your business.

Had a quick search for "Gear Wrench", and the only items that came up in the first 400 listings were actual gear wrenches or tools by the brand Gearwrench.

There probably is a fair bit of keyword spamming in some listing titles, though I did not find it in your example. 

As to shipping locations, ebay's policies allow dropshipping.

Same here.  Typed gear wrench and the whole first page was nothing but gear wrenches. OP if you do not want to see stuff from China on left side of page click US ONLY.
