Failed to publish offer: The eBay listing associated with the inventory item, or the unpublished off

I keep getting this error when trying to publish to eBay from Shopify

"Failed to publish offer: The eBay listing associated with the inventory item, or the unpublished offer has invalid data in the associated Fulfillment policy. At least one valid postage service must be specified."

It has been working fine for years and I haven't changed any policies or anything so I've no idea what to do?

Why not ask on the Shopify site?  They may have changed something............

Because this is a problem with the eBay app not shopify.......

Sounds more like the data Shopify is sending to eBay is faulty in some way.

Shopify take nothing to do with the App, If shopify are sending the wrong data then eBay have to work away around that as it is their app that connects to shopify. This is clearly an eBay problem and not shopify.

If Shopify is sending the wrong data, they need to fix it so it works with Ebay.

It would be lovely is someone that actually works for eBay could answer me instead of community members that are struggling to grasp that the issue is nothing to do with shopify.

I work at a company that has almost the same issue with some clients in the UK. I noticed your username had co uk in it, I assumed this covers you as well.

Despite us changing nothing to the data we send eBay, we have started getting this error on random items for UK customers. I'm writing this to let you know that there is definitely something going here and any details you have on the listing, as well as when this started would be helpful.

Hopefully someone from eBay will notice this issue and shed some light. When we arrive at a solution I'll post back here and update you as well.

Beyond that.......all the sellers involved seem to be in the UK.......so may be doubtful that US sellers can help......  If nothing on the Shopify board......might get help on the UK board........
