Greetings All, I have noticed all my pics looked faded out like they are sun bleached.
Has anyone else have noticed this? And how to fix w/o fixing every one?
They actually look very poor quality
Thank You to all who respond.

I just looked at your listings, and the images look fine to me.
What device are looking at them on? It might be display settings.

The Indian cents look good to me. Better pics than I could do.

Your pics look okay, photographing metal is a challenge. To brighten images go to a listing and click on the revise option. Then pictures have a small pencil icon you can click on the top left. It brings up a window allowing you to edit. The fifth tool is an automatic adjustment that can improve the levels. You can opt out and cancel it if you don't agree. You have to save the listing revisions at the bottom of the page for them to be permanent.

Pics look OK.
- Do you see a difference between the pics on your computer and after uploaded to eBay?
- Do you see the same issue on multiple browsers?
- Do others' listings appear to have the same issue?
- What about when you look at them on a different computer, tablet, phone?
Since the issue is not apparent to us, we'll need more details to help you diagnose.

Hi Doug!
Are you using a flash? Flashes can wash out pictures. You might think about taking your pictures outside. It's nice enough now, at least where I'm located. The color comes out more quality, better focus and dimension. Make sure you have your exposure set on your device correctly too. They also have those light boxes you can purchase. Relatively inexpensive. Run a search and see what you can come up with.
Happy Photographing and Selling!

I found that half of the pictures I had taken were so distorted they couldn't be posted. I am not a professional photographer, but these were beyond bad. I brought my computer to Best Buy for an evaluation of some issues and reported this problem to them because I thought it might be on my end. The geeks there told me that this is an ebay problem on the back end and that it is a very complicated process getting these pictures to work on line in this format, so if I were you, I would bring up the problem to ebay and if enough people do, maybe they will figure out how to fix it. In the meantime I take twice the number of photos that I will need because half won't work.

I was ending & relisting a few items this week when I noticed the same issue on 1 listing. The photos are so washed out that I could not see any detail. I know the photos didn't look like that when I initially posted them.

Just for the record, I looked at more of your (The OPs) Cent pics and they all look fine to me, I don't see any way they could be improved.

#3 I dont have an answer becuz I dont know what the original coin looks like.

Thank You for the help. When I save them they look good but when it comes time to relist they look faded.
I am afraid I will get a NEG cuz the color of the coin is so faded. I do know what all the buttons do.

I asked about the photos of the coin on your computer compared to the photos of the coin after you uploaded them to eBay - do you see a difference?
If the answer is no because the coins also looked washed out in the original (not uploaded to eBay) photos, then the answer is you need to adjust your lighting set up and/or do photo editing to color balance.
