Hello,
I am now told from eBay that feedback is based on the buyers emotions of the purchase! Were they HAPPY and did they have a GOOD EXPERIENCE? Not what I thought it used to be. DID I DO A GOOD JOB, DID I DESCRIBE CORRECTLY, DID I SHIP AND WRAP PROPERLY!! Now we have to hope that the buyer receives the item and is Happy! Feedback is becoming ridiculous! I get my **bleep** kicked when the shipping company fails, I get my **bleep** kicked when eBay fails, I get my **bleep** kicked over the weather, I get my **bleep** kicked over the cost of postage, I get my **bleep** kicked over insurance, I get my **bleep** kicked over everything and all the while kissing the buyers **bleep**. Now I have to worry that my BUYER IS HAPPY AT HOME!
The pre-announcement by ebay that their package has been delivered starts them off on bad foot and I already have a stressed customer because now they think the package is lost! eBay you have so many failures for the seller it is becoming impossible to meet the expectations LOGICALLY! Lets not even get started on USPS and the others. Talk about a whole new world of they can't do their jobs!!!! NO ONE should be able to leave Neutral or Negative feedback unless they have just simple asked to return it. If they return the item then they got their money back and end of story. I hated going from 15 day return to 30 day return but I did it on all my items including my books. Even though I see this as ridiculous. Best Buy does not give such returns. 10 days in most cases and that is not even on all their stuff. But let's give customers 30 days and then the right to spit in the seller's face. New ebay buyers is another JOKE. They come into the shopping experience wheeling knives, angry and entitled. Then ebay gets upset if we cancel the sales. Yet I make the sale and the buyer leaves me bad feedback completely unrelated to the sale. Ebay response "Feedback is about the buyers emotion to the sale and they were neutral about their emotions so we need to leave it" What they complained about was not even discussed in my listing and ebay got them upset over the pre-delivery notifications that are almost always wrong and I am constantly responding to those emails! Thanks Ebay for tossing your SELLERS under the BUS. I hope all this works for you when all you have left is CHINA.

What feedback are you talking about? Is it the one neutral that's very factually based, or did you get a negative removed? Or was it on another account?

It's just semantics. eBay now words things the way they believe a new generation of younger buyers will understand. In the past, eBay used the word "subjective" to describe feedback. It all comes down to the same thing, and nothing has changed: A buyer is happy or unhappy with a transaction and leaves feedback to reflect that.
Anyhow, all I see on your feedback profile is a couple of Neutrals, which do not affect your percentage add which most future / potential buyers will not even read.

That's what feedback has always been - the buyer's opinion of the transaction.
Now we have to hope that the buyer receives the item and is Happy!
Looking at your feedback left for others, the most recent one was a negative feedback in which you twice mentioned you were not Happy with a transaction.

What is your **bleep**? Because this is sounding very painful.
At any rate, feedback has always been subjective and has always had its share of problems - it's the nature of feedback. Read some of the stuff on Amazon - people here are 99.9% sane compared. 🤤
