Howdy again! Ok, got another little grievance...extreeeeeeemely extreme item specifics! Just for a lamp, (category "Collectibles, Lamps/Lighting, Lamps") there are, to be exact, SEVENTY item specifics listed for me to stroll along through (as if I had all day for such folly!!).......U G H !! And talk about extreme? Is it a signed lamp? Is the autograph authenticated? Is it signed by any of the following famous people?? FOR A LAMP!! (nothing in my listing or title refers to anything about famous celebrities, etc.)
Sheesh!

How many of the IS are Required? You must fill those out. That's it. You're done.
If they are only Recommended, no need to stroll through them, just IGNORE them if you wish. Or breeze through, and if there are a few that apply, fill them out and ignore the rest.

Hiya, Cottage....I s'pose that's a way to handle it. Just wondering if all 70 of those will become required soon. If so, I may as well stroll through and get conditioned to it, ha ha!

Lalique and Tiffany are sometimes autographed perhaps others. More likely to be important on high-end lamps.
Is there a choice on the listing page that says something like "Don't ask me this again"? There is something like that on some Book Item Specifics pages.

...I don't know why eBay is so much in forcing sellers to fill out those item specifics when in reality some buyers won't bother to read them completely...that caused cancel sales and INAD cases against sellers, and that meant losing money on seller's end.
