Excluded Countries Incorrect On Most of My Listings

I have 30-something countries blocked according to my Shipping Preferences. In checking my listings, a lot of them have excluded countries incorrect. Some have added countries (not the usual eBay blocked) and some don't have them all. I have contacted eBay for Business and they tell me it's been fixed. It hasn't. A ticket has been made. Twice. Nothing has changed. I was told that I am the only eBayer that has reported this problem so getting a ticket made on it was almost impossible. I honestly don't think most users check their listings for this. PLEASE I need a lot of people to check theirs and see if they have the same problem. If I can get more people to complain then we have a better chance of getting this fixed. Will ya'll help me and check to see if your listings are all correct? Look at the oldest listings as well as newer. Please, I'm begging lol

I am having this issue with the new listing tool. I noticed it recently blocking France because of the changes. It seems that even though my shipping settings are correct of where I ship and what is blocked, it still does not correctly apply the exclusions or where I actually ship when creating a new listing. I played around with the shipping settings and have unchecked the GSP override to see if that helps. I used sell similar where I checked the listing to make sure it had the correct countries. It still does not stick. There is countries I ship to blocked and countries I do not ship to including France that are unchecked.  Looks like I have to check every listing individually which is going to take me forever. Which can cause a problem if any order slips through. Either I am going to have to take a cancelation hit or I am going to have to chance getting billed for non compliance with France regulations.

I also have just discovered that all of my ads have changed.  Global shipping is on, but EXCLUDED countries show all excluded!! Including mine!!!!  So dumb and ...FRUSTRATING!  No wonder I have little to zero purchases.   I will call.

I have been told by several reps on eBay for Business facebook page that if you have a list set up for countries to be blocked - if one is allowed to purchase I can select "problem with address" and I won't be dinged for cancelation. I have screenprinted this message just in case it ever comes up. However I have also found that I don't get the same answer from all reps, so......

Hi Gran 

I live in Switzerland and have the same problem - I can only ship to the US and all European countries are excluded on my listings - this is so frustrating - I am unable to make any changes on my exclusion page and cannot get a phone number to speak to a human being at ebay.

Have you solved your problem yet?
