Has anyone else experienced the "exclude shipping to these locations" popup box being blank and not allowing you to check off places you don't want to ship to? I called Ebay and had them test one of my listings and they saw the same thing. The particular person I talked to said he checked and had not seen anyone else report this.
Yes, Not working for at least day two now. It seems whenever they give me Free listings, something doesn't work! Thank goodness for the Community page!
