Exclude some products from appearing to ebay.COM

Hi,

I am registered since 2004 to ebay.co.uk Due to some new policies we cannot sell some products to the US. So we dont want them to appear to the searches on the US site. How can I do that?  I have excluded North America, I have not ticked "show on other sites US & Canada", I do not offer shipping to any other country than EU zone.

Any ideas on how I should handle this?

What site are you LISTING on - .com or .co.uk?

If you are listing on .com, you can't "not ship" to the US since .com is the US home site.  It's considered domestic shipping.

If you're listing on .co.uk you should be able to block the US in your shipping preferences. https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf

According to what you have up, at least one listing........you will ship anywhere except Brazil and PO Boxes.

Thank you very much for the reply. All products are listed on co.uk What I want is my products not to show up in the search results. As it is now, while checking ebay.com, they show up,  but if you want to buy it you cannot select USA as postage destination.

Is there a way to exclude these products from appearing in the search results to the ebay.com website?

If you have them excluded from delivery to a country, they won't show up.........you may be seeing them because, based on your delivery address, they can be delivered to you.

Give us an item # of an item excluded from the US........  I can see some of your items, but you seemed to say not all items are excluded........

When I click on your listings.  I can see 13 items and it shows 80 total items. Weather or not I can buy them I don't wanna try.

Go here: https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements and block buyers whose primary shipping address is in a location I don't ship to.

You cannot exclude your listings from appearing on an entire site.

You can exclude your listings from appearing in searches done by users with a shipping address located in a country that you do not ship to, if those users are searching using that country and postal code.

If you ship to the UK, and you search ebay.com using a UK shipping address, your items will appear in searches. If I search ebay.co.uk using a US address, your items will not appear in searches for me. If I change my shipping address to the UK and use that to calculate shipping, then your items will appear in searches on ebay.com or ebay.co.uk or ebay.ca or ebay.com.au.

Using my seller id in Australia, items are showing over there in Oz so looks like it worked by removing US as a destination
