I have run into this before. Either sellers don't know or really dont care enought about currency and exchange rates. Today I asked what the price was for something that is listed in Ontario Canada. Knowing I was also from Ontario, the responce was a one word (sentence) $16,500.
So I asked if it was Canadaian because it was listed on eBay Canada and the auction was in Canadian dollars.
The one word (sentence) answer was $23,000.
The best part of this scenerio is 16,500 USD converts to $21,303 Canadian at the moment I asked.
I wish in my business I could sell stuff without being accurate or taking 30 seconds to look it up.
Oh well....
