I would also add that I will still purchase items on ebay but I just won't be selling anymore with how it is. If they ever changed the return policy to something reasonable like 5-7 days once received then I would be back as a seller.
CC chargebacks can last up to 120 days....so having a 30 day return policy doesn't solve this issue for them regardless. It just leaves it open for more buyers to use items they purchase and then claim to return them for a false reason saying the seller is at fault. There is no reason a buyer cannot review an item for 5-7 days (especially something like a purse or shirt, etc). Even if it's high end and you need to get a authentication these are available within 2 days usually. Anyways thanks for listening 🙂
