Every. Single. Listing. Outbidded by a scammer

I've tried to sell an item for 5 weeks now, using the 1 week auction feature. Every single time I list the item at the last minute someone with 0 feedback who created the account the same day will massively outbid everyone, give me some low effort scam message like "hey i cant pay on ebay contact me here xxx". I'll send a second chance offer to the next couple bidders and they'll all say they've changed their minds so I have to relist and wait another week just for the same thing to happen. I've set up my buyer requirements but there is no option to block 0 feedback accounts or new accounts either. I'm just about done with selling on ebay, its frankly been a terrible experience and I see no options that help sellers avoid this. I even paid 10 dollars to promote the last 2 listings so in total im down 5 weeks and 20 dollars.

Don't do auctions. Do fixed price (Buy it Now) with immediate payment required. Also don't send or accept offers. Problem solved.

So you had not used eBay before and you started by listing high value/high fraud electronics.

And you were using Auctions.

Sadly, no one is surprised that you are attracting scammers.

We can only be happy that you are sensible enough to realize that they were scammers.

So.

If you have anything cheaper to sell, list those and  get them sold before offering scammer bait.

While eBay doesn't use feedback to assess member accounts, buyers do. And 0FB is going to attract bad guys and mischief makers.

Stop using auctions.  Over 85% of eBay transactions are FixedPrice.

And with mass manufactured goods, whether that's bedlinen or Prada purses or iPhones, a little research will show you the current market price.

And Fixed Price listings give 30 days of visibility.

You can even add Immediate Payment Required, which leaves your listing visible and available until someone actually pays.

Auctions are eBay's "brand"  but experienced sellers rarely use them* because most buyers don't want to wait seven days to find they have  been outbid.

EBay may be the only generalist site left that still offers auctions at all. Most auction sites are specialists.

* the exception is Collectibles where many listings are one of a kind.

Like the others said, switch to buy it now.  Unless you have super rare things that will attract a frenzy of bidders, there's no sense.  I'm guessing you have things that have sold on ebay multiple times and you can get a good idea of the market value.

Push through the scammers.  I don't remember but I think after 5-10ish feedback they left me alone.

You've gotten some great advice here and I'll just add my support.  Try Fixed Price listings.  Decide on a reasonable price for the item you are willing to take, of course leaving room for dome profit.  And also require IPR [immediate payment required].  Then a buyer can't purchase the item unless they are willing to pay for it at that time too.
