On my Sellers Dashboard today, eBay has set my current seller level to Below Standard. My past seller level was Above Standard. However, It also says that if I were to be evaluated today... I'd be Above Standard? This makes no sense reading this at face value and is just unnecessarily confusing.
I'm not debating or expressing my discontent with the set evaluation eBay has determined my standard performance level to be, but there has to be a better way to showcase your seller level on the Dashboard properly correct? Because this ain't it.

But they are not going to evaluate you again until July 20th.
It's just a display quirk that is somewhat confusing ONLY on the 20th of the month. You were evaluated on the 20th, at 00:01am, at that time the evaluation period jumps one month and some of the defects that put you at Below Standard will fall off the back end but you won't see the change until the next evaluation in July.
I'm more highlighting the confusion this brings for me or anybody else with being evaluated on the 20th day of the month, as Below Standard but it also is saying "if we evaluated you today" , today being June 20th, I would be Above Standard.
I had a defect transactions rate at 2.05% for this evaluation so I'm well aware I'm not below the 2% requirement for me to keep my Above Standard level. At the same time, if they were to evaluate me today, my defect rate would drop to 1.70% which would make me Above Standard.
