Errors with new listing and unable to change existing list products

I have been trying to resolve a bug with my account for the last 4 months. eBay customer service is absolutely useless and they never follow up. I have a business category and have listening of expansive products.  For the last 4 months I have been unable to change inventory or add new listings. I keep getting the following error:

It looks like there's a problem with this listing. No help from eBay whatsoever. The only thing I can do is delete listings. This creates more work for me. My selling limit is not breached yet.
