When i try to do a list it now on cj on some proudct i have a error like - "listing failed"

Have you signed up for managed payments? You are located in Israel.  You need to have a payment method to sell here on eBay.   I don't see anything being sold on this ID?  Did you get any kind of email from eBay stating your account may be restricted or suspended? Did you contact customer service? I would look into that and then come back here so that others can help you.

If that's the program I think it is, you can't list items from there.

You can't dropship from other retail sites and that's what that program does.

Just looked it up....nail on the head, my friend.  Seems to be the trend in the OP's location.  Looks like eBay is locking it down and not allowing it.  About time.
