I paid my ebay fees, i have zero 0 balance, but ebay still will not let me relist items.
When i try to relist, this is what i get.
Your eBay account is on hold for non-payment. Your required payment amount: US $0.00
I am hearing impaired, so ph calls with india are no good.
How do i contact ebay and have them fix this glitch?

But perhaps the OP owes, less than a dollar?
Like 28 cents? or 75 cents?
Why not simply pay eBay five or ten dollars...?
And see if that clears it up?

I have a second account that I I haven't really used in years and It says I owe .32 cents since September 2016. I can still put up listings.

Hi @areyourucky2-gmail - a hold should resolve automatically 24 hours from the date the payment clears (not necessarily when it is made). Typically though you shouldn't be waiting this long, so a contact to CS is the best solution at this point.
Folks have given you some great leads to get help via social media, which is my preferred contact method to get things resolved. In this situation, however, I've gotten your info to the right folks and they'll be reviewing the situation. I would give it another 24 hours and try once more. Thanks!

ebay turned it back on.
took them 6 days after payment was made, 1 -800 india fixed it.
problem is i am hearing impared so calling ebay ( 1 - 800 india ) no way to usederstand them.

It may have taken that long for your payment to clear.
In the future if you have issues that you need to contact Ebay on, you may want to do it via social media. It may work better for you.
