Entering a minimum accepted price after auction has begun

As a seller, is it possible to enter a minimum accepted price after the auction has begun?  If so, how?

Your starting bid is your minimum accepted price unless you paid extra to list with a Reserve price.

You determine the minimum amount you are willing to accept before the auction goes live not afterwards.

If this is a true auction with over 12 hours to go, cancel it if you must.  But do know that can anger potential buyers many of which bid last minute.
