Endless loop of policy violations, appeals approved, listings reinstated then flagged again.

I'm at my wits end.

Over the last month my listings are repeatedly flagged as a counterfeit violation. Each time I appeal I send proof of purchase and authenticity, show proof that I am also a legitimate business with a registered tax id. My appeals get approved and reinstated, only to get removed for the same violation a week later. Then the same process again.

I've been banned for 24 hours, 3 days and yesterday 7 days, however eBay is quick to reinstate my account after I reach out to them about the situation and my suspensions never last more then a day.

Every rep can see what's happening and apologize, assure me it won't happen again, but then it does.

My appeals have been approved and listings reinstated no lie 5 times now.

I feel like i'm being targeted by competitors but eBay won't share any information. It's super frustrating.

Has anyone else dealt with this?

You can't relist what was flagged regardless of appeal.

The bots will just flag it again and your penalty will grow.

The rule I use. What gets taken down, stays down. And then I put it on a different marketplace.

Mercari is pretty much where all my policy violations go.

They aren't really policy violations. More idiotic AI or false Vero.

Actually had a Vero tell me they report all items of their brand as unauthorized copies. Even when they know it's legit.

You can't use the Apple name to sell off brand products that are compatible.  You are and will continue to be targeted by Apple for using their name to sell your products.  It's illegal.

"For Apple" or "For iPhone" is supposed to be okay, actually (by eBay rules), but I'm not sure if they can use the MagSafe trademark, that may be a bigger issue.

"If the item is an accessory for or compatible with another item, "fits", "for" or "compatible with" should be stated before the name of the compatible item. However, "fits", "for" or "compatible with" is not allowed before the brand names of jewelry, clothing and accessories, or universally compatible items"

EDIT:

@recellular.inc, how confident are you that those are authentic?  Where did you purchase them?
