Ending an auction

I'm trying to "END" an auction & I am supposedly following the steps to do so, but Ebay is not allowing me to do so! It just isn't working!!!!!! WHY?????? Can someone help me out with my dilemma!!!!!??????

I was able to "END" it this morning. There must have been a glich with Ebay last night or perhaps it came from my end, who knows......  I also had trouble signing out. So, this morning I started fresh & was able to end it. Thanks!
