Ended notifications

I sell items on Ebay, but I dont know how to turn off my 'your item didnt sell' notifications, I get many every day and it's annoying, anyone know how to do it please ?

Account -> Communication Preferences -> Selling Activity -> Item Did Not Sell -> Choose from Real-Time, Daily Digest or None.

"NONE" has done nothing so far to help me end the new and annoying 1 2 3 relist emails.

BTW:  What does this option mean:  Item did not sell coupon
