It is truly remarkable how difficult it is to find even simple basic things here. While admittedly I'm not the brightest bulb, where/how can I toggle "allow bidders from Alaska & Hawaii" in my sales? Talk to me like I'm 5, speak slowly, use small words. Thanks. Appreciate it.

What I need to do is be able to tailor specific auctions to certain areas.
For example I have some slides of Acapulco up for auction. Consequently I want to enable shipping to South America for this particular item. I still can't figure out how to do this.
Alaska & Hawaii are still disabled, so is Europe and South America, etc etc. Something is horked here on the page. How do I fix this?

Go to the link in message 6.
Uncheck Alaska & Hawaii and South America.
Check "apply to current listings."
SEND to submit the changes.
SIGN OUT. Open a new browser and sign back in and check a listing to see if they're there.

We've been through this already, the eBay page displayed from that link on my end looks nothing like that.
Let's say for the sake of argument that someday, one fine day, this gets fixed somehow. I would in theory be able to toggle each specific auction, yes? Or, do my shipping preferences apply across the board to all auctions going forward?
The reason I ask is because I would prefer to enable worldwide shipping for some things, but I would never allow it for others. I need to have that specificity. See where I'm goin' with that?

LOL, there are a lot of techies in the community that would probably agree that the eBay website is not the most “user friendly” website in the world.

Why would South Americans be particularly interested in a postcard from Acapulco?

Go to the side bar at the bottom of the page.
Click Help & Contact
Type Setting up your shipping options.
It's a 2 minute article.
There's a link, Excludes shipping locations page that you can go to to fix your locations.

Yeah. That's how it's supposed to work. I get that. It may be a browser issue, or something. The links provided do not resolve to the correct page as advertised. This is the problem.

I bet you're really fun at parties, Mary! 🙂

If you go back to my original post (UP there) - where I directed you to, are your shipping "rules" and you can have as many as you wish - you then "choose" the one you want to use depending on the item being sold. I have 33 shipping rules currently, for all types of things.
Good luck!

This really made me laugh, so much like me we could be related LOL
Just watch out for that one dude in Hawaii that claims to be the Best Seller on eBay - not too sure about that one 😋

Success!
I went to the offending page (again) apparently what happened at some point in the past I had somehow enabled or toggled some sort of business setting.
After rooting around on that page for a while I was able to delete the whole thing, throwing caution to the wind here - eBay: "Are you sure you want to do this?" (They helpfully informed me that page may be made a requirement for sellers in the future, or somesuch).
Anyway, I was gratified to find the page that is simple enough for benighted folks like me. Maybe. I'd forgotten, or never knew, just how many countries there are. And it seems a tall order to try and determine individually what countries to allow and/or prohibit.
And how about PO Boxes? I currently have APO/FPO enabled. Is there a particular reason or reasons why ordinary PO Box holders are to be shunned?
