Selling notifications no longer being delivered to specific email and folder within email.  Where is this changed

Hasn't changed that I know,  I'm still getting them.........

 

That said, relying on getting email is just asking for trouble.  Too many things can go wrong....... You need to check Seller Hub/ebay every day to check on sales.......

It seems to be an on/off problem with various sellers.  I have no idea why it happens but I think that it fixes itself after a while.  But you might want to contact customer service in case they need to put you on a 'list' of people who are having this problem.

If you have filters to allocate certain messages to specific folders you need to check how they were set up. Frequently people (myself included) set them up using wording from the Subject field to have them sent to the correct folder.

 

Thing is, eBay has recently changed the wording of the subject line so you would need to adjust your filters to keep up to date.

With the email program open I go to settings.  On the list is "filters". 

 

Others might be different.

 

Yes, eBay has changed the wording.

Also check your Site Preferences for email notifications.  Make sure you have everything checked off that you want to receive emails on.

 

I agree with @dhbookds , if you are depending on the emails to tell you when you have sales, it is only a matter of time before that will create some problems for you and you will miss processing some sales.

 

Depend on your Seller Hub.  In the box called ORDERS, under waiting to ship.  That is your most accurate information.

I sometimes do not get the email  on my email account that the item sold but I always can see the message in MY EBAY and when I open my tablet, the notification is there.  There is also a little red icon in theEBAY app when I sell something.
