Eligible buyers

Why do I bother to send eligible buyers a cheaper price when 95%  of the offers sent do not buy?

Re: Eligible buyers

Because the other 5% buy?

It's never a sure thing - you play the odds.

Re: Eligible buyers

I don't know why.

Have you tried other methods since offers aren't working? Like running sales, offering coupons, sending store newsletters, etc?

Re: Eligible buyers

Also, it depends on the percentage/amount off - I do 15% at the very least.

Re: Eligible buyers

How much work is it to send an offer, and how much does it cost you?

As you probably know, it's as much or as little work as the seller makes it.

It can be done one at a time, it can be done in bulk, and there's also the ability to set up automation.
