What's up with this?

The suit alleges eBay engaged in a conspiracy to intimidate, threaten to kill, torture, terrorize, stalk and silence the Steiners through a barrage of around-the-clock cyberstalking, ominous death threats and deliveries, and in-person surveillance that caused the Steiners to fear for their lives.

Wow, that story is crazy. Any idea what they did that got eBay so upset? Scary stuff, so many people involved

That’s old news. Those people I believe were prosecuted and fired from Ebay a long time ago. The Steiner’s have been poking at Ebay for years and they are still at it. Their posts highly dramatic about ebay and not even worth looking at at all. They are mostly aimed at causing worry and concern about selling on ebay and why even read this stuff to get yourself all worked up about nothing in general.

Thanks for the links. Some bizarre stuff(s) in there. Wonder which one of those prosecuted cooperated to tell the feds who all was involved?

If you read the stories and court filings, they name the eBay employees who were implicated but who were not indicted.
That is usually a big clue as to who is cooperating.

1. The site is about ecommerce if general not just eBay.
2. If the site is dedicated to bashing and poking eBay
then explain to me why eBay won the ecommercebytes
Sellers Choice Awards two years in a row after they
were attached by eBay.

The civil case is NOT old news. The criminal case is old news. Following the new news.

Yeah I'm not really fond of eCommerceBytes articles about eaby, they never seem to have anything nice to say so I don't read them anymore, that however is as far as I go... Whether this lawsuit has any merit, or whether it's more of the general "eCommerceBytes" negativity manifesting itself, I wouldn't know but as someone else mentioned, why get worked up over something that doesn't really have anything to do with me or mine?
Let the upset people do what they must, always another one out there, the whole story does seem just a tee bit fantastical but again, in the big picture it's all really quite none of my dang business.

And then all the members of the eBay Bashing Society, some of whom have been kicked off these discussion boards for rules violations, rush to reply like cockroaches to a piece of Whopper dropped on the floor of McDonald's.
That does not mean, however, that the eBay employees weren't reprehensible at the very least and that the Steiners are not due some kind of compensation. That's, of course, for the court to decide. I've got to say, though, all other considerations aside, I hope they're awarded a packet.

finally got evidence and a lawyer that would take on eBay with said evidence...
Such takes time:

Balderdash. Ecommerce Bytes has been around for years doing reports on online selling platforms, reporting trends, news, and yes, some investigative reporting. In my humble opinion the site is definitely worth looking at if you are a full time seller on any of the major sites.
The worst part of this very sordid story is that the primary culprit, former Ebay CEO Devin Wenig, was allowed to leave with a huge golden parachute and without facing criminal charges. And if the site was so "highly dramatic" and "not even worth looking at at all" then why did Wenig spend time and money on threatening this hapless couple who ran a generic blog that wrote about all the selling platforms? For Wenig to have acted against this small time blog in such a criminal manner is truly Trumpian.
