EBay limits selling to sellers who can legally accept PayPal payments in their country. Unfortunately Sri Lanka does not allow their citizens to accept PayPal payments. This means you can't sell on ebay.com.

Wait until people in your Country can legally accept Pay Pal payments or sell on another Ebay site.
