You sold an item (Congratulations! Good Start!)
The Buyer has not yet paid.
Okay. Not a problem... yet.
The buyer has 96 hours to pay (48 if the seller is in the USA) before the seller can open an Unpaid Item Dispute.
Look at your Paypal account.
Is the payment there?
It will show as Pending if the buyer paid from his bank account, because in effect he wrote an e-check which has to clear the banking system.
Don't trust any email that says the item is paid. Don't trust eBay telling you it is paid. They probably are fine, but these can be manipulated. Still okay, PP will tell you when the customer's cleared payment is completed.
Do NOT ship until it is.
now I have receive the invoice and they didn’t take out the commission of the item which I didn’t received the payment.
Do you mean the monthly invoice seller's receive?
If the buyer did not pay eBay will still charge you Final Value Fees (FVF) on the sale unless you open an Unpaid Item Dispute.
Since English is not your first language, you can feel free to post in whatever language you feel comfortable.
Some poster will be able to advise you in your own language.
Or use Google Translate to write your problem and post the English translation.

The final value fee is put onto your invoice at the time of the transaction. There is a process to follow to get a credit for the final value fee. Here is the Help page about what to do if a buyer doesn't pay:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/unpaid-items.html
When you file an unpaid item claim, eBay immediately sends the buyer a message that strongly encourages them to pay for their item within 4 days. But that's all eBay does.
If the buyer doesn't pay, then after 4 days you'll get the option to close the case, giving the buyer a strike and getting a credit for your final value fee. Do not expect to hear anything about your case directly from eBay. Either the buyer pays or they don't. If you don't close the case within 36 days after the transaction it will expire, which means no strike for the buyer and no credit for you.

Because you are located in the United Kingdom, you may want to ask your questions on the UK site. There are differences in eBay's various international platforms.
Here's the link to the main eBay UK website, and at the bottom of the page are all the links to Selling, Help & Contact, and so on:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/
And a link to the UK eBay Community:
https://community.ebay.co.uk/
Good luck with your eBay venture!

The Resolution Centre is at the bottom of this page and most other eBay pages.
It is automatic (run by 'bots). Follow the instructions.
If the buyer does not pay within 96 hours, you will be refunded your selling fees (FVF).
The deadbeat buyer gets a Strike which makes it harder to buy on eBay in future.
You can go to Buyer Requirements/ Seller Preferences and put an automatic Block on bidders with Strikes.
My second language is French not Italian, so I am using Google Translate.
