Hows it going. So we received 3 trademark violations for blue point tools. We have been on ebay for 18 years and have never had one issues selling blue point tools until this week. When we reached out to the vero blue point / snap on email they stated that we should list the blue point tool as “blue point by snap on” where as Veros snap on guidelines specifically states not to put both names in the title. The information that ebay provides contradicts what blue point is telling me. We have since reached out to snap on vero 5 more times with no response other then the first response. This is not a trademark violation but its an abuse of vero trademark power by snap on. Any guidance on this issue would be greatly appreciated or a direct contact to the vero snap on person other then the email with ebay provides would be appreciated. We just want to get this issue cleared up. Thank you
