Does anyone else feel as though Ebay is using covid as an excuse to remove phone support and save money??? Every company out there has phone support now. In fact, they've had it all along. It's 2020. have people work from home.
Meanwhile, I am getting taken advantage of by buyers abusing return policies and Ebay lets it happen. The instances I am speaking of would have never happened with phone support. Ebay has stood by me in similar cases many times.
I have sold on Ebay for over 10 years. I used to defend them. They were once good and fair. Now, I can't even find a place to lodge a legitimate complaint. I have to send out a pressure release message to the "community" and no one at the company cares or hears.
Hear this: I will do everything I can to sell on other platforms and hopefully you get your act together....although I doubt that will happen. It's not looking good for ebays future unfortunately. This is my only source of revenue. I'm just glad I'm not an investor with this company...
If you are a manager or somebody who can do something, message me. I doubt it will happen but I'll be waiting.

I will agree that eBay's lack of support at this point is a joke. You might try their Facebook and twitter pages if you need help and aren't having luck with their phone support.

Sorry to hear of your trouble. The forum is a member’s site, buyers and sellers like yourself, but corporate people do not frequent the boards. I also recommend eBay’s Facebook page for customer support assistance. Good luck.

If buyers are filing an INAD, there isn't much you can do even if you could get in touch with CS.

I know. The problem is, these items were listed "not working for parts"!

Even with those, there isn't much we can do if the buyer files an INAD.

eBay doesn't care, they only care about the reason selected for the case. 124266650312 is an example on how I list for parts items now. Helps weed out some of the stupid buyers.
