Buyer emails me and says he doesn't need the item and wants to return it. Electrical item like car dash harnesses are sold as Parts only or not working. we state any issues with it along with the part number. No returns or refunds. pic of his email showing he bought the wrong item. Ebay doesn't care about it's sellers. They don't even bother looking at the email showing the buyer is lying. He filed a "not as described item". But ebay says it's the way he filed it. Who gives a rat F^&&CKING AZZ how he filed it. He emailed and said he didn't need it, bought the wrong item. Can anyone at ebay read?? Who writes these policies? a bunch of 5 year old morons?? It's black and white. There's no case here. Customer owns it. On top of that why did they take away neutral and negative feedback for buyers? What moron did this?? What there's no bad buyers?? Oh that's right ebay will but it on their reocrd. LOL Big deal......

Maybe ebay does suck for this, but the facts are that if you offer no returns the buyer will just lie about the return and it is worse for you. So, this is the game we play and it is not our field. The best way to win at this game is to offer returns. You can accept the return, then the buyers has to actually return the item (some do not) to get a refund. Then when the item is returned you can deduct up to 50% for damages. No one wants returns but it is going to happen. So, learning how to deal with them is my recommendation.

Pure RUBISH!
Ebay does not consider you a dishonest, unfair or whatever adjective you want to use, if you do not offer returns. I certainly do not offer returns on any of my sales and have had a grand total of 3 since I have been selling on Ebay.
Yes Ebay will, "Force" you to accept the return, however, that's just Ebay being Ebay. Does it suck, you bet. But telling a fellow seller the Ebay considers them dishonest, bull hockey and very judgemental.

You forced the buyer's hand into telling eBay the item is not as described, so they can return the item and get a refund. eBay only looks at the claim filed. There was an option to select "no longer need" or something similar, but the buyer likely knew they wouldn't be guaranteed the ability to return and a receive a full refund so they lied. You brought this on yourself with your insulting note back to the buyer.
Should the buyer lie, no. Good customer service would have allowed the return with the buyer paying return shipping costs. Now you get the luxury of paying return shipping plus provide a full refund.
Remember, sellers cannot leave negative comments to buyers in feedback. All those negatively worded feedbacks you have left, are against policy. If they were to be reported by your buyers, they would be removed and you would have marks against your selling account.

The same thing happened to me. Buyers won bid and were able to back out. When I finally sold my laptop the buyer requested which I never received. Buyer provide a false tracking number and ebay closed the case. I am out $500.00. No Customer Service, No more Bull**bleep** (Ebay) for me!

Ebay only cares about the bottom line .You as a seller have no rights and are treated like **bleep**.It is there policy to not chase off any buyers regardless of what they do or say .I am waiting for anyone to come forward with a legitimate site such as amazon auctions with built in shipping cant be any worse than ebay.
