Ebay store yearly questions

Currently I have the eBay store basic paying monthly of 27 something. Was curious if I was to get the yearly plan, is it paid 21×12 or will it be charged 21 something but have a 1 year contract?

you're billed at the $21+ price every month.......if you cancel before the end of the contract there is a penalty payment.......

And please know that if you end the subscription early, you will have early termination fees.  Now if you plan on being a regular seller, this is nothing to worry about.  But you need to understand this.
