Ebay store became invisible for one week , app says no upc when entered but app says wrong when scan

I currently having issues in only one of my accounts , one account with the same listings sells 600 percent more than the other account with the same exact listings 

of course Ebay says it is my fault

also my store disappeared for a week with no explanation

You have 2 accounts with the same listings?  You realize that eBay would  consider those as duplicate listings?

Probably meant same types of listings, not exact same.
