You just need to wait.  It can take several weeks sometimes from what I hear, more than just a few days.  I assume you completed all the fields when you registered on eBay and with Payoneer?

Just so you know, we don't use Payoneer here in the US, which is where the majority of this forum's users are from, so we may not have all the answers.  This one's pretty clear cut most likely though.

If you want to sell on eBay and receive your money you have to sign up with payoneer. There is no way around that.

then you link payoneer to your eBay account. All information must match.The process can take up to 2-3 weeks. Once completed eBay will give you the ok to start listing.
