Ebay settlement amount is wrong

Sold a golf club, buyer paid shipping.  Ebay settlement to me is incorrect.  How do I dispute?

No need to waste yours and ebay's time.

Post all the transaction cost numbers here and it can get sorted out for you.

If you have seller Hub, look under payments and transactions.  Also, Post what you paid for shipping along with the carrier you used

It's only a rare event when the original poster returns here and gives all the details.

Sometimes I wonder if it's just a contest to see how many posts he will receive in reply.

So on top of the low 'settlement amount' he's liable to get a cost adjustment to the shipping label.

maybe the cost adjustment already happened with the long priority usps tubes

it might also send me into orbit if I did not know about the long box surcharges

golf club shipping went way up recently and i am sure it still catching sellers who have not shipped them in 2 months

as far as explaining how MP figures the bill there is not much to really figure out

There is nothing to dispute. Sorry you did not understand the shipping cost. USPS changed that a couple months ago. Gold club shipping cost doubled due to the length. Also, sorry you did not know the FVF's are the fees based on the TOTAL amount the buyer paid. Going forward hopefully you now know the cost.

Only thing I can come up with is they only selected package and not large package on shipping and didn't input the measurement.  To ship to me is $8.22 on their listing but when I figured it out using a club here for a test subject, it should be around $26.90 to ship to me from their location.

So that is  roughly $17 right there they are off  not knowing where it went so it could be more or less plus we don't know if the op knows about taxes and where it went to figure that in, then add the fees on top of that final figure so the op could very well be working on wrong numbers.

without more info from the op, we can only guess but I don't think they have a complaint at this time.
