Did you mean:

Ebay sending offers on it's own.

I had Ebay send a 33% off offer to customer today WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. Change this before it happens to you!

Below is the link provided by  in the best answer by  wastingtime101  (Thanks) which is how to fix it. It is so much better than eBay provided.

I'm going to be honest I did not read any of the chat transcript. Just looked at your post title and screenshot.

When you send a seller initiated offer, eBay defaults the slider to "on" for automatic offers. It's pretty in your face as you can see in your own screenshot.

Turn that slider off next time you send an offer and it's a "sticky" setting so it shouldn't turn back on unless you do it manually.

That said, you really should check this page to see if you have any listings with automatic offers enabled:

https://www.ebay.com/sh/mktv2/offers

Thanks for the heads up. I just want others to be aware and let's be honest nobody expects eBay to send a 33% discount lol. I wonder what the cut off % is. If you know let me know lol. Luckily it was a small amount item just imagine if it was like a PS5 or something with $150 discount I would have freaked. Super smooth link. Thanks

Thanks for providing that link. Wow that makes it easy!

The part about sending automatically: well you know now why that happened.
The part about it being 33% off: that must have been the amount that you typed the last time you sent offers on the item.

Even better news @gurlcat - Kyle from eBay confirmed that's just phase 1. Down the line they'll have all seller initiated offers on that offers management page, not just automated. You can get there in Seller Hub by going to Marketing>Offers

You mean instead of having to click on each listing (that you maybe remember sending them on) individually?
Jeez that will be SWELL.
And thanks for the pathway, I'll try to remember it but you know me.  😆

Yes, I do. You'll be asking about it in 3 months saying you've never seen it before until I give you a link to this thread from 3 months earlier reminding you that yeah, ya have. Why do you need to remember when I'll remember for you? 😂

NO Feedback and NO items for sell and giving advice and saying things eBay will do in the future - but there's NO eBay employees on here! OH, OK Gomer and Gomers that think that! Riddle me this Mr. eBay Employee. Why for the past 3 or 4 days now have You **bleep** up my app where I receive NO offers to watchers on my phone - ONLY on my PC!

Many people on this board use a buying ID or a posting ID to deter rude people who do not like the answers they get and decide they are going to "teach someone a lesson" by making a revenge purchase.

You will not see any selling activity on this account, but I also have six selling accounts.

Yes, I was referencing this post from an eBay employee: LINK

You may be seeing offers under a new section called Opportunities below where it used to appear under Tasks as shown here. If you're not seeing offers on your selling overview screen, shake your phone to file a tech report.

In the meantime, from your active listings page, look for the actions button at the top and select send offers. For non-variation listings you should also see a send offer banner above each individual listing.

I have several selling and buying accounts. This ID is for posting only as I've dealt with too many bad actors in the past. I'm not going to put my selling accounts at risk here.
