I have been having problems with ebay's invoicing system for almost a year. The problem started when ebay made all the changes on the site. eBay changed the sellers' page to send invoices. When a buyer purchases more than one item I would like to send them an invoice with combined shipping. Every time I send an invoice with multiple items listed I receive this message form ebay: Something went wrong. Please try again later. I have been receiving this message for almost a year now. I have reported it to ebay over a dozen times. Still they have not fixed the problem.
Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know how to get ebay to listen?

I have been having this problem since Friday I have called every single day I’ve been told there’s a ticket made and that It department is working on it. It’s been five days and I have lost a very large sale due to the fact that I couldn’t combine shipping. I don’t believe anybody’s listening but I hear what you’re saying I’m in the same boat.

I am having trouble with the invoices too. Did you ever get it fixed. I need to talk to someone and can not get a number

I don't believe that eBay is working on this problem at all. I have called several times over last year and several tickets have been opened and the problem has never been resolved.
It's very frustrating and I don't think eBay cares.

You should be able to get customer service to call you if you go to the help page and select chat with an automated assistant. While you're in the chat box ask to speak customer service / live person. You then have the option of having them call you.
