So anyone can sell or buy and if I changed my mind or sumbody else change their mind after item shipped. They or I can make a return request even though seller doesn't allow returns.. Ebay policy so screw up, I'm done selling on this site.

If a buyer properly files that claim for that reason, it is a Buyer Remorse reason and a seller with a no return policy can deny the claim.
But if the buyer uses one of the other reasons that is a problem with the transaction / product, then you have to process the return request.
