Ebay return/refund policy change to one buisness day?

I thought I read about this change somewhere but I can't seem to find it. I had two remorse returns yesterday and this morning I received two ebay nasty grams stating I had to issue a refund by the 11th or it will be escalated. Anyone have a link to the change?

I thought that's what I read. I wonder who writes the messages they send out. It seems notification I receive is something along the line of "You better do this or else" .
