I have been selling on ebay for years I had almost 1800 positive feedbacks until I got an unfair negative. Immediatly I no longer had the option of having them call me back. I cannot even get a way to email them. Do they remove this ability to get call backs when you get just one negative as it happened immediatly. I have no way anymore to contact them. This is terriable service.
I’ve had difficulty getting eBay to respond to me too over the past two months and many phone calls. This is the first time it’s happened and they sent me an email that they couldn’t get through to me but all of my information is correct. Where is the problem and what do I do?
