Ebay removed a listing for price gouging?

When the F*** did this happen.  I got an email from EB that they removed my listing because of price gouge.  This is an AM**Z move, this is what AM**Z does all the time.  I only do auctions.  I compared my starting price with competitors and I was below the average price.    I already complained on Better Business Bureau.
