Ebay programmers stop tinkering with CSV file all the time -allow select the CSV output file columns

Every 6 months the CSV files change. Now the Transaction report changed. They put the field Regulatory operating fee. That breaks my import.

Ideal solution would be for ebay to allow us to customize the CSV file, to allow selecting the columns I want to see in the report.   I only care about a few columns. Most of the special fields added are for sellers who need them but that breaks import for everybody who uses the CSV.

Is (whatever you are using to import) importing using the column numbers (index) or the actual names of the columns? Import using the names of the columns rather than the index is what I've seen suggested.
