Ebay outage?

Anyone else having trouble logging in?  Found this outage map- looks eerily similar to Facebook and Instagram's outage today.....

I'm in PA, no problems.  Better half has been trying to post pics on FB all day........no go.....so something wrong there.......

I am in AZ.  Had a few minutes of problems with eBay very early this morning.  No problems since. 

Pictures are not uploading to facebook at all today.

All I know is I keep trying to list one object (a Bitossi vase) and it never appears. I have ended it numerous times. Finally I totally started from scratch, and listed it to go off at a specific time. Nothing. It shows up on my ebay as a listed item, but it isn't. 

What's goin' on?

It can take up to 24 hrs for a listing to show, are you waiting that long?  Name brands and more expensive stuff do usually take  longer than "normal".......

Haven't had any problems with the forums here but had a few image issues on Facebook.
