Ebay offering seller protection on late deliveries due to COVID-19?

some deliveries are lated due covid -19 outbreaks ....
so, sellers are fall into trouble.

...eBay just sent message regarding about this issue...but...mo matter whatever eBay said, the done deal is on its Customer Service Reps. who carelessly follow the protocol when problem arises...
..."left hand does not know what right hand doing"...

You are correct, some deliveries are late due to Covid-19 and from what I can tell, eBay Seller Protection for Covid-19 deliveries is marginal. Based on eBay Policy, seller performance will not be downgraded for late deliveries and the estimated delivery date is being extended, I checked one of my listings and the extension appears to be for about 2-days for USPS Priority Mail which is inline with what the Post Office is doing.
Not sure what the impact will be when USPS update their tracking history for items in transit to show that the Estimated Delivery Date has changed. It would be helpful to sellers, if eBay would suspend Guaranteed Delivery until the Covid crisis is over.
