Heres the basic breakdown:
No sales since the 28th. The same exact day Authorize.net implimented new TLS Certificates and Ciphers.
This is Ebays ONLY outside CC Processor. And the totally and completely **bleep**ED THIS UP! For over a week, no sales!!!!!
Directly from Authorize:
B: 09:54 Our specialists have attempted to contact eBay about it, but haven't been able to pinpoint a cause, at this point. But our best guess is that they are not using up to date TLS certificates and ciphers, but we can't confirm any specific cause at this point.
S: 09:54 is this a current, known issue?
S: 09:54 as in the past week?
B: 09:56 We updated our TLS requirements on Feb 28th. B: 09:57 We've been sending notifications to Merchants and Partner companies (including eBay) for more than a year, to help them prepare for it.

Perhaps they should try contacting PayPal? Pay Pal is, I believe, the merchant of record for merchant accounts.
Supposedly, PayPal and ebay aren't 'associated' in that way, any more.

Paypal has nothing to do with this. It involes Ebay and Authorize.net. Ebay either has a bug in their security upgrade to TLS 1.2. Or they did not do it by the 2/28 deadline.

The op doesn't off PP as a payment method, it looks like they go through their own cc processor.

I believe you are correct because there are other sellers reporting the same issue with their merchant gateway and payments.

I'm in the same boat. I have not sold anything since 2/27.
The only reason I found out about the problem, is that 2 buyers emailed me.
Both were unable to make purchases.
Who knows how many more tried and just walked away after not being able to purchase what they wanted.
My Ebay store is now a museum until it gets fixed.

As a temporary measure you could re-enable PayPal as a payment method.

Yes, I know. However, ebay doesn't - yet, until Adyen kicks in - do payments (and, then, it will still be Adyen doing them). PayPal does - it is the gateway for merchant account payments. Paypal is now separate from ebay. Frankly, it could be a matter of both needing to update.

Paypal has nothing to do with this.
Oh, I'll bet they do.
eBay doesn't like you running credit cards without their partner involved, so they're more than happy to drag their feet on getting this fixed.

There ya go!
